I would like to know if I can obtain a refund

I had an appointment to receive my modem and when it arrived address was a incorrect I tried to change it but it wouldn't let me I cancelled my subscription and I would like to know if I could obtain a refund

    You cannot change the address in the 24h before and after the appointment

    After you can cancel it, but in your case is supposed to be done.

    Finally the refund is suppose to be automatic but I will validate it with the support

    You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

    2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/whats-my-rewards-program
    3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
