How long does the SIM Card take to ship during COVID-19 delivery delays?

Hi everyone, I am new to Fizz and I just ordered my SIM card. During checkout, it said it would take about 3 days to deliver, but I am wondering if I live in Ottawa if that will be delayed due to COVID-19?

    They are shipped with Canada post therefore at least 2 weeks
  • It's possible, nobody know for shure. Sometimes it can be 2 days, or a month!

    Hi Adham, Delivieries will take more time due to the Covid situation, at least two weeks. If you have questions regarding your SIM card and delivery status you can contact the customer Service either on Facebook messenger (https://facebook.com/fizzca.) or Fizz Website by oppening this link (https://fizz.ca/fr/faq/comment-gerer-le-rendez-vous-avec-...) and simply scroll down until you see the Green Bubble, Click on it to start your Chat session with the customer service.
