Normal that the technician didn’t install the coaxial cable?

I took the free installation. However, the technician didn’t install the coaxial system and left me with the box saying “follow the instructions”. Is coaxial cable installation included in the free installation?
I was with Bell before and got the internet from the phone line.

    Thank you Mike. I tried 3 different browsers and the chat bubble still doesn't appear. I wrote to Fizz via Facebook 3 times in the past 2 hours and no one saw my message yet. Do you have any suggestion how I can get in touch them a tech support? Thank you again.

    The technician must isntall the coaxial câble and verify the signal if it's not available in your appartment.
    To get the chat from Fizz without problem (from 8h00 to 21h00, each day) :
    First, open a session online and access to your fizz account.
    Then, open a second window and types the adress:
    https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues
    Wait a few seconds to see the chat bubble down to the right of the page.
    When you see it, click on it.
    Your chat session with Fizz begins.
