4G LTE on iPhone XR?
Any idea why I can never get 4G or LTE on iPhone XR? Is it Fizz or the mobile?
(Coverage is supposingly ok, I stay in Montreal.)

Try one by one those 3 solutions who solve a lot of problem
* Restart your phone
* Try enabling air plane mode for 30 seconds then disable
* Take out your SIM and insert it again
If it is not working contact the support for help

You can also fill a contact form from your account Once logged in, from the account panel go to My Profile → Contact Form (the subject are limited) and fill out the form and someone will email you back.

Try to restart your phone, or Put out the sim card and reinsert it.
Does your APN Setting are well configured on your iphone XR?
Do you have the last IOS update on your phone?
It's not normal.

open a session online and access to your Fizz account.
Then, open a second window and types:
Wait until you see the green bubble chat down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.
Your chat session is beginning.

I suppose only the Customer service will be able to answer to your question. Try to contact them by contact form or Facebook messanger. Good Uck!

If you NEVER have LTE then it may be a mobile issue. Did you have the same issue with your previous provider?

If It is not the settings of your iPhone (Turning on the LTE) or a minor glitch in the system, it may be a problem with the device itself.
I recently purchased an iPhone Xr (January 7th 2020), I also live downtown MTL and never had issues with my LTE on the Fizz network (see below)
