Unsuscribed and charged?

Hello, I subscribed in February 2019 and I had to travel for some months, then I unsubscribed for the time I was away. When I came back Fizz was charging me 7.25 each month without using the service, now I have subscribed again and it is not only charging me my monthly usage but also it is charging me the same 7.25. I want a refund of all those charges and an explanation, my boyfriend is going through the same issue. Could someone give me a decent customer service since there is no phone to call?

    It sounds like you may changed your plan to the one with minimal cost, but you have not actually unsubscribed.
