How can I add payment method?

I haven't added any payment method in my account but the system reminds I have read the maximum number of credit card I can add. How can I fix it?

    Usually only the support can reset that alert

    You can also fill a contact form from your account Once logged in, from the account panel go to My Profile → Contact Form (the subject are limited) and fill out the form and someone will email you back.
