From your Fizz home page:
My plans (choose the plan that you want to modify) => Manage plan => Adjust plan => Change plan. Choose Quebec coverage. It will be modified on your next billing cycle if you do the modification at least 48h before the end of your current cycle. Otherwise the changes will be applied after two cycles.
