I forgot my voicemail pin. Can you help me reset my voicemail pin please?

Go to My plans --> Manage account --> Advanced parameters --> Change PIN

To change your access code (PIN)

 

Modifiy your access code (PIN) to access your voicemail online, directly from your Fizz account.

(Under: My plans > Manage my plan > Advanced parameters > PIN to access my voicemail)

IMPORTANT: Unsafe sequences will be refused (for example : 1234, 8888, etc.).
