Date and timing that shows on mobile phone is not correct as actual.

It's more likely that your phone isn't set to sync to network time.3

On Android 9, open your phone options, select System and then Date & Time. Make sure that the "Automatic date & time" option is set.
If it already is, try to toggle it off then back on. Give it a minute or two to sync up.
Older Androids may be slightly different in where the option is located, but should be similar.
I have no experience with Apple, but I suspect IOS has a similar feature.3
