The technician never showed up on the scheduled visit. And I already got charged. What are the neces

Technician never showed up. To drop off the modem. Already got charged on my credit card. Internet plan is pending on MyAccount page. How can I reschedule?

    You must contact the support to reschedule.

    To chat with the support, make sure that:

    • You're logged into your Fizz account.

    • You're active on a help page.  https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us

    • You're within the business hours: Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST), weekends and holidays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (EST).
    • You have disabled any ad blockers in your browser.

    Reschedule do not worry it happens with the other providers too. For the money your plan will start from the delivery date.
  • Thanks for the help everybody. FYI, they were not able to track my order in their system (even though it clearly appeared in my plans, with an account ID, and the appointment date was clearlt scheduled, and they saw the transaction made into my credit card)
    They said they will credit me, erase the plan from my account and i will have to do the whole process once again.
    Just thought i'd share, incase this happened to someone else.
    I will keep you guys posted.
