today fizz service sometime connected, sometime no connection. all the day no mobile internet connection,can not use any app need internet.

    Service should be back now. Try restarting your phone.

    For me it's switching between 3 ans 4g. Maybe putting airplane ON then OFF might help.

    my phone shows in 3g internet connection, but all the app could not get and data from internet. I tried airplane mode off/on cycle (2 minute) waiting. and then restart phone, but it does not works

    Try to reboot your cellphone

    Probably you can try to reset the network settings, however, be advised, this operation will delete also the wifi settings
