Why is my 8g rollover dont work ? It's been a month is there but still can't us it

    There's an outage right now, so maybe it's why you can't use them.

     

    Obvious questions, but you never know:

     

    • Data is turned on on your phone?
    • APN set corectly?

     

    But if you could'nt use them before today (and it's not what I mentionned), you'll have to contact Fizz customer support.
