April 2, 2019 9:40 a.m. - We noticed some instabilities on our network, which would explain why some members cannot use their services. We're currently investigating to pinpoint the cause as soon as possible.
I haven't really seen "instabilities" so much as people legit just having 0 service across the board, though.

    If this information can be shown on the first page of the solution hub, it would be great since I tried too many times to figure out where the problem from, the network or my phone. :))))

    @Zhenkun same. It would avoid a lot of repeat questions and people thinking that the Hub is a company-run thing...
