Why did I not get my 25$ referral discount yet?

I am on my second billing cycle and did not get my 25$ referral code discount which i used when i signed up. Is this normal or should i wait a little longer?

After the second they will be available therefore I believe that will be applied to the third invoice.15

You can see in your referrals the date they were accepted, then you have an idea when are you going to receive them 30 days later.8
