I still have no service on my phone

I've got an email from Fizz, said that everything is now back on track but nothing has been resolved.
I can't use data outside, unable to make calls.


  • Did you restart your phone?
  • One thing I found, is try backing up your icloud, if you're new to Fizz you may need to do that before unlocking LTE
