Referral credit not applied to my account and I put the code in the right box during activation.

Can a Fizz tech look into it?

    The credit would be applied to your account on the 3rd month.
  • What I meant is that is not even in my referral history, as if I never put the code. But I did.

    Then you should contact Fizz.
    You can chat with Fizz by opening a help page ( example https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do ). You'll see a bubble chat at the bottom right corner in 15 seconds

    All there answers are right but for next time, there you can not reach a fizz tech here.

    My referral show pending on my account. need to wait to the 3rd month.
  • You will need to wait until your referee pays for his second month and then you'll receive it on the following month, so 3 months in total.
