Card not received

I did not received my SIM card and I cannot contact anyone. Fizz mentionned it was delivered.
I applied for a new one and had to pay again

    You should have contacted Fizz. You can chat with Fizz by opening a help page ( like this one https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do )
  • Contact Fizz to let them know, then they will send a replacement at no cost to you. Sometimes they do go missing due to the carrier, or the card being dropped in a location that too many people have access to!

    Use the link provided by M, the green chat pop up should appear in the lower right corner of your screen after about 10 seconds. If it does not appear, double check that you are logged into your account on that page, and turn off any ad or pop up blockers you have on your browser.
