Hi, i dont receive my sms and i can get my voice mail

can't receive sms and can't access to voicemail


  • After 24-48h you will have to contact Fizz to get them to resend your nip if you didnt recieved it.

    Did you just ported you number ? It can take a few minutes/hours before you get full service
  • Your number is not fully ported yet, Only call out show your number but no incoming. Just wait 4 hours. If still not working, contact Fizz by facebook messenger.
  • After porting, you should receive an email "Your Fizz plan is live" .
    Then shortly after a provisioning message to set up the APN settings.
    Like others said, it make be activated anywhere from instantaneous to 2 days depending on your luck. I for one, activated that of my wife a couple of weeks ago and it was instantaneous... However, when I ported out my own, I didnt have such luck... and still waiting.
  • What kind of phone are you using ?
    Is the OS of your phone is up to date ?
    Did you try to reboot your phone (hard reset) ?
  • Contact Fizz and ask if your account is fully activated.
