Transfert number when I already have an account

Hi,
As I have a dual-sim phone, I started Fizz to see what's it's really about. I love it! I would like to transfer my actual number from Virgin mobile but I can't see a way to do this when you already have a line.
Help?!

    I think you will need to cancel your current line the Fizz one's and command an other sim to make the transfert. But before do it please chat with Fizz if they don't have a better solution. You can chat with them on messenger or here: https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us
  • Maybe the chat support can transfert it for you but I think that your only option now id to cancel the line and order a other SIM for the transfert of your Virgin line.
  • You don't need to cancel your line. However, you do need to get a new sim card and go through Manage Plan -> Change SIM card. That will allow you to go through the steps of porting a line to your existing plan.
