Why I got this notification "Finish activating your plan" ? when my SIM is all ready actived. I didn't change my plan. I'm a new customer.

    if everything works fine with your phone ignore this notification.
    I think Fizz has trouble with their notification system

    Just ignore the message if your phone is owkring. It's a bug in Fizz system
  • Go to my plan , if you have only 2 options there, no adjust plan option. You need contact fizz for help
  • I also got the same message after I signed up (as well as a message saying "Can't port number after it was already ported and working")
  • I got phone porting problem as well, but it ended up fizz ported successfully
  • You probably tried it several times and their system sees the unfinished attempts.
  • Yeah, I also got that notification for no apparent reason. Just ignore it.
  • I had the same thing. And when I tried to activate the same SIM card again, it said the number wasn't recognized. But I think my phone is still working, so must just be a bug with the notification system.
  • Some problem here, and it prevent me to add an internet plan as suggested by the internet beta offer received by email...

    Hello Han,
    After the activation of your SIM Card you have to choose your new plan by clicking on "Finish activating your plan".
