Dominican Republic Data Travel Add On

I have purchased a travel add on for Zone Latin America and cannot use it. I am currently in Dominican Republic and connected to the Altice network. Data roaming is enabled on my phone. I also tried connecting to other networks without luck.

I rebooted my phone and tried the following networks without any luck:
- VIVADR
- Orange
- CLARO DOM
- 370 03
- 370 04

In Mexico only AT&T worked for me. Had to manually chose this operator.

Hi, Fizz works in Dominican Republic on VIVADR no change in APN.
