Received text that I used 90% data, Checked profile and it says I have 10 Gb left.... what?

So I received a text today saying that I hit 90% of my data usage, however when I logged into my Fizz account, It shows that I have 10Gb left.
What's the deal with that?


  • I used up about 50 mb and it shows my 500gb perk is gone... go figure...

    Thanks for sharing - this is a known issue that we're currently working on - sorry for alarming you and others who received a similar false notification :)
