For now, you can only buy data packages add-ons(or pay as you go for data once you have money in your wallet) in Europe. Minutes are not available yet.

Use data+ Fongo app yo call when uiu are in overseas.

I find the TextNow app works better than Fongo (both are free). You can even send/receive MMS, which Fongo can't do.

If your phone is factory unlocked, you should buy a plan directly in Switzerland. A lot cheaper, and you will have no surprise at all.
