Orered two sim cards. but didn’t receive any of them. The staus says they are delivered. Can you explain this?

There is a possibility that they put on the door of your home or your appartment.
Sometimes they put the card on the door of your appartment building.9 -

Check with your neighbors, some people got their card delivered to the wrong address.7

They usually stick it at your door, but sometimes it might have fallen off from winds or whatnot. Try seeing if anyone else around has seen a flat green square envelope around. If not then try sending them a private message5

I got the same problem. Ordered one sim card more than a week ago. Never saw the CHAT BUBBLE under the help page and useless answer from Fizz FB. They even ask me to order another sim card. What the hell is that? I want a refund now!1
