Referral working 50% of the time?

I had 2 people using my referral code but it only worked for 1 of them.
I did contact CS at the time and they told me to wait 1 or 2 days (especially since the one missing joined during during the service outage last Friday).
I'd contact them again but, as usual, getting a bubble chat seems impossible. The issue is most likely because my friend used the code when the service was mostly down but I was wandering if others had trouble getting their referral recognized?

Same problem here, used referral code purchasing sim card then activated and no record of it.

The same thing happened to one of my friend. My friend used my referral code to subscribe, but never got a referral bonus. He filed a complaint to fizz one week ago. They replied to him by saying they need to investigate. So far He's received no answer from their investigation.

Fizz has bugs , a lot bugs. Be more patient on them because I love the gifting and carry forward for data. It's exclusive feature only from Fizz

Had a similar issue.
Friend used my code, I was with him while he was filling the form.
It never showed up on my referrals
I chatted with Fizz but they were unable to fix it
