Can't apply upgrade ?

I read some people had a problem adding the upgrades, well I'm having the same problem.
When I choose my upgrade, the place where its suppose to go just shakes with nothing going there. I tried multiple times and did not work (also tried going incognito and waiting 2-3 days )
Account is new (3 days) and still not working. Anyone has a hint of what It can be ?

Perhaps message Fizz on Facebook, or the chat bubble if it works. Also try clearing cache (although incognito should have worked in that case). I also had a weird problem like that when I tried to apply my upgrade and tried several times and it randomly worked eventually.

Brute force it. Keep trying over and over again and it will finally apply. Took me several attempts until it stuck.

I read some where here that if you go into incognito mode on Chrome it will work.
Edit - Sorry - just saw that you did try that.

Like Kent T. mentioned, trying over and over repeatedly kinda works. That’s how I got mine applied.
