I still haven't received my SIM card but my account says 'Delivered'?

I got an email telling my the SIM card was delivered. I waited a couple more days, plus the weekend, just in case but I still haven't received it as of today. Anything I can do?

I have the same problem! Says it has been delivered, no SIM in the mail.
The Beta period ends tomorrow and I have been trying to get in touch with support for over a week now. Chat is not showing up, no email address to be found...7 -
The status is not accurate. It took me a week to get it. Status said delivered but it wasnt. Don't rely on Fizz shipping status. GOod luck.7

It is shipped by Canpar in a little post-card like parcel.7

Heh, we got back from a trip to Toronto last night and I found the SIM card in the recycling bin in the entrance of our building.7

I have the same situation. I received an email said that my Sim Card was delivered; however, I did not receive anything. Moreover, I am still waiting a couple of days after receiving the email, I have not found anything in my Mailbox!!!7
