How can we have access to the chat?

Hello CommunityHub!
I have been trying for the past few days to contact someone from Fizz for a delivery that was not really delivered... I cannot find the chat, no bubble appears. Anywhere. I am connected, I am browsing the FAQ, trying the different pages from "My Account" section: nothing.
I tried Facebook and Messenger and they keep repeating to ask the chat. They tell me it is up and about and deny any issue with it.
I filled a contact form, wrote to them on their Fizz account (@Whizz), still nothing.
Did someone successfully used the chat recently? When was the last time? How did you do it?
Please share your tips!

For myself, I was checking my Fizz account and reading this Community. Here and there, I see the Chat bubble appeared/disappeared. Tried to catch one and was lucky. Good luck to you too!
Over a week ago, Chat was always up but I was ~#16 in-line and waited for almost 2 hours. This week when bubble in/out, as soon as I caught one, CS replied right away.

Just to signal that there is still no chat bubble in sight - and I do spend a lot of time connected in the FAQ and Help sections.7

I never saw the chat option either, now i have sent a message on facebook messenger to the Fizz page - https://www.facebook.com/fizzca/

In case anyone still reading this. Bubble (=chat), IF ANY, should be on your account page. U need to log into your Fizz account on web. U don't need to have any mobile plan, but do need a Fizz.ca account. Best of luck!5

The easiest way is to click unsubscribe button. The chat window immediate pops up.4
