How can we have access to the chat?

I have been trying for the past few days to contact someone from Fizz for a delivery that was not really delivered... I cannot find the chat, no bubble appears. Anywhere. I am connected, I am browsing the FAQ, trying the different pages from "My Account" section: nothing.
I tried Facebook and Messenger and they keep repeating to ask the chat. They tell me it is up and about and deny any issue with it.
I filled a contact form, wrote to them on their Fizz account (@Whizz), still nothing.

Did someone successfully used the chat recently? When was the last time? How did you do it?

  • The easiest way is to click unsubscribe button. The chat window immediate pops up.
