George, can you tell us if you received another reward instead? Looks like Fizz is continually improving / modifying their rewards to better serve us customers.

Guys I contacted Fizz support. Level 3 is no more giving $1 rebate. There is an updated reward system

Hey there, I recently got to level 3 and it gave me 1$ off on internet and a new upgrade of 250mb on mobile. This is in addition to the new slot.
